- Skillful in gathering and analyzing requirements impacting data-intensive applications/systems, and building solutions for satisfying those requirements
- Experience in Agile methodology. (Owning a Product Backlog in Agile - To create, maintain and groom EPICS/User Stories)
- Experience in providing technology guidance and solutions with Business Intelligence Reporting.
- Previous experience breaking down business processes into technology requirements.
- Document solutions and reporting wireframes.
- Good experience with data analysis (SQL/DB2).
- Knowledge of Hadoop architecture.
- Hands on experience with Tableau and COGNOS.
- Experience with Quality Assurance.
- Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint and be able to articulate ideas and solutions leveraging these tools to broad set of audience, including developers, testers, management and business partners.
- Experience in developing process flows
- Experience in working in fast paced multi-functional organization.
- Listener, leader and problem solver.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and interpersonal ability. Ability to code data ingest solutions (C#, NodeJS) leveraging 3rd party APIs.
