ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented System Engineer to join our team in the Ft. Meade, MD area. In this role, you will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Rack and stack hardware.
Read and understand a CRL and be able to cable a rack based off that documentation.
Troubleshoot various hardware issues.
Coordinate and work with multiple organizations during a TDY.
Be able to manage multiple hardware related SNOW tickets and keep the customer updated on ticket statuses.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ten years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Demonstrated experience in planning and leading systems engineering efforts is required.
Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related disciple from an accredited college or university is required. Additional five years of systems engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Must be able to accommodate 10%-20% OCONUS/OCONUS travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Excel and ServiceNow
Twenty years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.

Clearance Requirements:

Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,800.00-$185,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
