Position Summary
The System Labor Resource Management Specialist is responsible for evaluating and adjusting daily staffing across ECU Health in coordination with the Nurse Managers, Administrators and/or Patient Care Coordinators/House Supervisors.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree or higher and 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
1 year of experience in a staffing role utilizing scheduling software or leadership role in a healthcare setting preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of proficiency with MS Office programs to include, Word, Excel, Outlook, and with remote collaboration tools and meeting platforms preferred.
Strong analytical skills with experience developing and maintaining reports, performing predictive analysis on workloads, vacancy rates, and scheduling preferred.

Rotating shifts: office runs 24/7, shifts are 7am-5pm, 11am-9pm, and 9pm-7am
