- Bachelors degree and/or more experience in a related Field
- Experience with VOIP/SIP
- Experience in large scale UC/CC Enterprise Solution Implementation and Managed Services Support
- 5-8 years' experience with Avaya Aura communications including CS1000
- CM core including CCElite and CMS, Enterprise Dial Plan and station programming within the implementation of AVAYA Communication Manager, SMGR, Session Manager
- Ability to manage time well and meet multiple deadlines
- Experience with- XML and/or VBScript
- Experience with any of the following:
o Avaya ProVision
o Avaya Session Manager
o Avaya SMGR
o Avaya IX Messaging
o Unified Communications – Video Conferencing, and CC Elite/CMS
o Avaya Workplace and Workspaces
