System Support Administrator - Hansen Talent Group

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Support Administrator to work with a large enterprise in Nashville, TN. This role is fully onsite to start - After 3 months will go to hybrid.

What you'll do:

• Provide system/production support and monitoring for applications, batch cycles, releases, projects, implementations, installations, etc.
• Participate in work sessions for system support and problem resolution.
  

Requirements:

• Comprehends data storage techniques, basic database philosophy, database management, and simple programming techniques.
• Good understanding of the requirements for maintaining production systems and the effect of program changes.
• Understands how to use structured techniques in new program development.
• Good understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Pays attention to detail.
