Key Responsibilities:
- Support both internal and external users by monitoring and troubleshooting core and member delivery systems.
- Manage asset inventory, perform software updates, and maintain secure systems.
- Provide help desk support, resolving technical issues via phone, online, and in person.
- Assist in maintaining IT procedures and uphold security standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of systems administration experience, ideally within financial services.
