Systems Administrator II, Internal Tools

Job Description
As a member of the Internal Tools team, this role requires a unique skillset with both server and networking experience. You will oversee the health of the hosted cloud environment (Exchange and Citrix), incident management, documentation, training, communication, capacity planning, emergency response, and executing internal projects to ensure our internal infrastructure is healthy. You will play a crucial role in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for detecting and resolving network issues, escalating problems as necessary, and implementing solutions to optimize network performance. You will respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for visiting the data center on a regular basis. This position is part of an on-call rotation, which includes after-hours support.
Requirements
Proven experience in a higher tiered support role.
In-depth knowledge of server and network administration, and technologies.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, ITIL) are a plus.
Experience with network and server management and incident management systems.
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
All positions require the successful completion of a criminal background check, and further background checks if the position involves access to sensitive information or secure facilities.
This position requires travel to a data center, which requires a valid driver’s license, intermittent DMV checks, and a reliable personal vehicle.
