As a Systems Administrator - II, you will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and 2 support for both hardware and software systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, offer guidance and training to customers, and perform root cause analysis for routine problems. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations by maintaining and updating a knowledge database while working in a collaborative team environment to share information and assist with service requests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 software and hardware support to users
- Troubleshoot and restore technical services by diagnosing faults using established procedures
- Offer technical guidance and informal training to customers
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop preventative checklists
- Recommend procedures and controls to prevent recurring issues
- Maintain a knowledge database and call tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service
- Handle escalations and prioritize issue resolution effectively
- Maintain and update systems for improved efficiency
- Respond to 24x7 problem resolution needs
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration
- Strong teamwork ethic and customer service focus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh, and iOS systems
- Experience with networking architecture and information security principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Commitment to continuous learning and technical growth
- Availability for on-call problem resolution
