Systems Administrator II - Entegee

Summary: Seeking a Systems Administrator II to provide Tier 3 desktop engineering support, package and deploy Windows software, and work with various teams to manage workstation security.

Job Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience

• 4+ years relevant experience (2+ years with a MS/MIS Degree)

• 2+ years of experience providing Tier II, III & IV support in a Windows-based environment

• Experience with System Center Configuration Manager and end-user workstation environments

• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory Group policy for workstations

• Experience with PIV and CAC authentication

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

• 2+ years of experience with workstation systems management systems (e.g., SCCM, Symantec Endpoint Manager, Intune)

• 5+ years of experience in an operations role

Preferred Skills:

• Government contracting experience, particularly with the DOJ

• Existing/current DOJ or DOD Clearance

• ITSM knowledge and experience, especially with ServiceNow

• Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 operating system

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 3 desktop engineering support

• Complete incident tickets and service requests within SLA using a modern tracking system

• Package and deploy Windows workstation software in a hardened environment

• Troubleshoot and support Windows 10 workstations and software

• Utilize Active Directory, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, and other tools to support diverse customers

• Implement and manage workstation security strategy in collaboration with various teams

• Support monthly and expedited patching of workstations, including application of STIGs and emergency security updates

Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
