Job Description
Cintas is currently looking for a Systems Administrator-Level 1-Endpoint for the End User Services Team within IT. The Systems Administrator-Level 1 is responsible for: maintaining and developing the ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the systems environment as it pertains to user access; following defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve problems; performing troubleshooting for simple to moderately complex hardware, software, and network problems as it relates to user access.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience with level one customer service
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Basic computer skills, including networking, IT device management, PC and Mac operations
- Strong Multitasking ability
- High degree of demonstrated customer service and hospitality skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure
Preferred:
- Experience with Win10 and Win11 OS
- Experience with Office M365, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Experience with BYOD
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms
