About the Job
L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Systems Administrator.
Duties include:
- Configuring, managing, and monitoring the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assisting the project with troubleshooting LMS issues.
- Running reports.
- Managing and maintaining specific courses related to the project in the LMS.
- Providing expertise and guidance to the project on the specific aspects of the LMS.
- User support-answering emails about the LMS usage, etc.
- 3 years of experience in higher education maintaining and configuring a learning management system (especially Brightspace).
- 3 years of experience in higher education, managing technical settings of Brightspace to ensure it is customized to meet the needs of end users across an institution.
- 3 years of experience in higher education, serving as the point of escalation for LMS troubleshooting.
- 3 years of experience in higher education, having participated in an LMS transition to Brightspace.
- 3 years of experience in higher education, providing functional and technical expertise with Brightspace.
