We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the Firm's legal applications and databases. This role emphasizes the administration of the Intapp suite, records management systems, and legal artificial intelligence tools, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of these systems to support the Firm's operational needs.
Responsibilities
The salary for this position is $125k-165k, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the Firm's legal applications and databases. This role emphasizes the administration of the Intapp suite, records management systems, and legal artificial intelligence tools, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of these systems to support the Firm's operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and operation of legal applications, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
- Manage and configure legal applications (e.g., Intapp Intake, Intapp Terms, Intapp Integrate, FileTrail) for seamless integration and compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with legal teams to implement solutions that streamline workflows.
- Participate in disaster recovery strategy planning for all related systems.
- Administer and maintain both on-premises and cloud-based SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security
- Conduct regular database backups, restorations, and maintenance to prevent data loss.
- Monitor and optimize database performance.
- Manage and optimize legal AI tools to enhance service offerings and operational efficiencies.
- Provide technical support and training on the use of AI tools.
- Offer expert-level support to end-users, resolving issues related to applications, databases, and AI tools.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolutions
- Implement data governance policies and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Monitor database access logs and perform security audits.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, including configurations and workflows.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on the effective use of applications, databases, and AI tools.
- Communicates effectively and collaborates with diverse teams.
- Instills trust and maintains a customer focus in problem-solving.
- Adapts to shifting demands and manages ambiguity effectively.
- Plans and aligns work with organizational goals and optimizes work processes.

- Intapp Terms
- Intapp Integrate
- FileTrail
- On-premises and cloud-based SQL databases
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in a law firm or legal environment.
- Extensive experience with the Intapp suite and legal application administration.
- Relevant certifications in database management, system administration, or legal technology.
- Proficiency in managing SQL databases, including backup, restoration, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with records management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
