Job Summary:
Responsible to design, implement and maintain Windows hardware and software environment needed to provide a strong end user experience in products distribution field. Implements Windows and load balanced platforms to ensure optimal utilization, performance and system availability. Coordinates with other IT teams to install, maintain and troubleshoot systems and services vital to business. Contributes to and leads technical projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive hands-on with Windows hardware, software, and support.
- Hands on Active Directory, GPO management and PowerShell ownership
- Hands on configuration and management of Load Balanced environments
- Office 365 Configuration and management
- Working in a highly virtualized environment
- Managing cloud based services
- Knowledge of industry best practices and support concepts (ITIL, automation, design and architecture, performance monitoring, patch management, disaster recovery, others).
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Windows operating systems and Load Balancing.
- Active Directory, GPO, PowerShell and Office 365 experience.
- Microsoft suite of software including Visio and Power Point.
- Effective communications with end users and other IT staff.
- Ability to create clear and highly accurate project and systems documentation is a must.
- Ability to understand complex requirements and systems architecture.
- Develop and maintain Windows architecture roadmap and capacity planning.
- Strong background in virtualized environment management and troubleshooting.
- Ability to quickly analyze situations and act decisively.
- Must be available evenings and weekends, as situations require.
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities.
