SYSTEMS ANALYST I [FLSA: Non-exempt; SHIFT: 40 hrs/week] - City of Oviedo, FL

Under general supervision, the Systems Analyst I performs specialized professional and technical work to organize, coordinate, and facilitate systems and software development and database management.  Position will work closely with the Systems Analyst II to ensure implementation, functionality, and configuration of software solutions.  The Systems Analyst I will provide support to all enterprise-wide software applications and related hardware. This position will also be a training resource for new software products, provide customer support to citizens, and troubleshoot end user issues.  The Systems Analyst I will report directly to the IT Director.
