Responsibilities:
What you will do:
Under direct supervision of Information Technology leadership, the Identity and Access Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and deliver IAM strategies that utilize industry leading direction and addresses the needs of all stakeholders; business, technology, and security.
- Deep experience managing IAM solutions (e.g. Azure AD, Okta, Imprivata, Ping, AuthX, etc.) in a cloud-centric environment (e.g. Epic, D365, WorkDay, Salesforce, Five9, etc.).
- Partners with Cybersecurity to ensure IAM strategy and architecture aligns to broader enterprise risk strategy.
- Responsible for automating and maintaining on/offboarding processes and procedures.
- Support and expand single sign on, multi-factor authentication, automated account provisioning/deprovisioning, and RFID Tap-to-Access capabilities across the organization.
- Ensure IAM solutions developed are aligned to standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits)
- Possess deep knowledge of IAM applications, relevant technology and industry best practices and provide extensive and effective oversight to organizations IAM security solutions and operations through management of internal and external resources.
- Provide leadership in establishing and implementing standards, guidelines and best practices for the development, deployment and support of IAM solutions.
- Partner with key business stakeholders within the organization (HC/Internal Audit/Enterprise Risk and Compliance etc.) to deliver and promote the IAM program and ensure compliance to Corporate and Information Security policies, standards and procedures.
- Lead development and maintenance of PAM processes to ensure appropriate access is granted and applies principles of least privilege.
- Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, and/or user training.
- Partner with strategic vendors and manage relationship with key resources to ensure optimal service levels and work with procurement on contractual requirements.
- Drive others toward achieving team goals, including process improvement, continuous risk reduction, and anticipating and navigating roadblocks to achieve success
Certification(s):
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in identity and access management and privileged access management.
- 5+ years of experience with complex, cloud-based enterprise environments
- Experience leading large scale change involving multiple internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience with compliance frameworks and requirements such as PCI, GLBA, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 etc.
Skills:
- Strong automation skills. Experience with Python, RPA, etc. preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to influence without authority
