Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: Mclean, VA

Tax Terms: W2, C2H
Notes:
- Support client's website platform and they use Acquia
- So, need someone with experience in Administration and integration of Web Content Management (WCMS) Platform Acquia
- Set up the firewall access, certificates for the website etc.
- Other 50%- support and Analysis of other products (e.g Marketing tools etc)
- 40-50% will be working with content teams and make sure that Acquia is up to date for client's website website and rest of the time will go in Non client's website websites
- Open to other WCMS systems other than Acquia as well, all we need is good concept with these systems
- COTS/SAAS is nice to have but WCMS platform exp is a MUST
- Financial services background is not important.
- MarCom background is nice to have.
- Bachelor's degree is required
A. Web Content Management System (WCMS) Platform Support (40%):
- Manage and configure WCMS Platform (Acquia).
- Manage new subscriptions, sites, and solution design with Acquia Cloud Site Factory (ACSF).
- Manage certificate renewals, identity & access management onboarding, and security vulnerability remediation.
- Support Bitbucket Cloud, Content Delivery Network (CDN), and Cloud Flare Web Access Firewall (WAF) instances and configurations.
B. Technical Analysis & Project Delivery (40%):
- Work on and/or lead project tasks belonging to multiple and concurrent projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify, understand, and complete business and non-functional scope, requirements, and processes.
- Research and evaluate different technology solutions involving COTS/SaaS or custom build or both.
- Participate in cost-benefit analyses per approved scope, assumptions, constraints, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, test analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders through the project lifecycle, and assist in project status reporting and communications.
- Develop test plans and provide support to ensure accurate and reliable product validation.
- Be an active Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on business use of solutions, systems, and processes.
C. Maintenance, Operations, and Business Support (20%):
- Support impact analysis related to applications' maintenance and support.
- Lead and/or support assigned ad-hoc activities related to business technology, analysis requests, and vulnerability remediation.
- Support operational activities to streamline and optimize team's performance and efficiency.
- Ensure minimal reliance on manual work and focus more on automation.
- Prepare process and training documentation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related work experience
- bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Management Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working in and managing WCMS Platforms and components such as Content Delivery Network (CDN), Acquia Site Factory or Acquia Cloud, Cloud Flare Web Access Firewall (WAF)
- Practical knowledge and hand on experience in using Bitbucket, pipelines, branching models, workflow, Linux command line, CI/CD, and release management
- Experience with supporting and/or managing IT projects including infrastructure projects
- Experience in end-to-end analysis, design, implementation, and support of applications involving COTS & SaaS
- Experience supporting and/or managing multiple, cross-functional IT projects to ensure timely progress against project budget, schedule and resource plans
- Experience with Agile and SDLC projects, and/or Operations involving production application maintenance, support, and business operations
- Gathering project requirements and translating them into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria based on business-driven functionality and technical capabilities
- Strong analytical and process design skills; ability to define data requirements and integrations
- Effective communications with business personnel to understand existing processes and define future processes
- Ability to work independently with a technical and/or infrastructure teams
- Experience with technically troubleshooting system or product issues
- High level understanding of cloud, hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies (networking, file systems, databases etc.,)
