Systems Analyst - Bethel Church of Redding

Bethel Church is seeking a skilled Temporary Technical Analyst to support our team during a peak period and ensure smooth technical operations. As a Temporary Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring the optimal performance of our systems. This role requires a strong understanding of technical processes and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software systems.
• System Analysis: Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical issues, solutions, and system configurations.
• Data Management: Assist with data analysis and reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Project Assistance: Support various IT projects by coordinating with team members, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.

Compensation Range : $40,000 - $52,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week [Temporary, approximately 6 months]

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
