About the team and position
The Systems Analyst, Workforce Management role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective day-to-day management of systems crucial to our Operations and Workforce Management teams. We're seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working autonomously to drive new projects and process improvements based on stakeholder feedback. In our dynamic and fast-paced environment, Carvana is in search of a professional who can adeptly navigate the ever-changing landscape of our daily operations. Responsibilities include handling logistical project tasks, day-to-day management of systems, initiating process and system enhancements, communicating these improvements to stakeholders, and conducting frequent audits to ensure optimal system functionality. What you’ll be doing
- Monitor and implement thoughtful changes to drive system efficacy and continuous improvement
- Possess in-depth expertise in the configuration and administration of Alvaria/Aspect systems, with a focus on Real-Time Adherence (RTA) and Aspect Performance Management (APM)
- Design and manage the execution of new projects that drive the business forward in addition to evolving and expanding Carvana’s current processes and systems
- Manage Workforce Management (Alvaria/Aspect) system-related team assignments, scheduling, and training, including developing and effectively delivering ad-hoc training content
- Design, develop, and implement projects, as assigned, including working with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve program effectiveness
- Organize and audit data and system (Alvaria/Aspect) feedback to drive improvements
- Analyze, prepare and deliver routine reports, audits, and system updates to key stakeholders and offer thoughtful recommendations
- Craft clear, professional communication updates for stakeholders surrounding project updates and relevant initiatives
What you should have
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 3 years of experience in Workforce Management, Program Management, Project Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Alvaria/Aspect, Google Suite, Excel, and SQL preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information
- The ability and confidence to make sound decisions while working independently
- Clear and concise, internal and external communication
