About the Job
NYS Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is seeking a Systems Architect Expert responsible for maintaining the NYMatters system software and infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, providing troubleshooting support, and overseeing code migrations.

Requested Qualifications:
- 84 Months of experience in Oracle Siebel Architecture, Administration and integration to include experience with automated builds, deployment manager, import and export of repositories, activating tables, and maintaining object managers.
- 84 Months of experience in Oracle Siebel Application Architecture and Siebel installation on Unix or Linux box in a production enterprise environment to include experience with migrations using DEV2PROD, EAI, ADM migrations, business simulator migrations.
- 36 Months of experience as a Lead Siebel administrator to include experience integrating outlook and/or OBIEE and/or Elasticsearch.
- 36 Months of experience in Oracle Siebel IP2016 or above.
- 6 Months of experience in Oracle Siebel 20.x or above.
- 24 Months of experience with scripting languages such as Bash and/or Perl.
- 24 Months of experience managing application and web server to include HA Proxy Server, OHS and WebLogic.
- 24 Months of experience working with government agencies.
- Siebel Certified
- Bachelor's Degree
Work hours and location:
- Full time role with engagement length of 30 months
- Daily hours: 8:30-5:00 (30 min lunch)
- Physical office location: 10 British American Blvd., Latham, NY 12110
- Telecommuting options: 40% Telecommuting 60% Office
