• Pay: $120,000 per year

• Installing, administering, and troubleshooting network devices.
• Maintain the vCenter virtualization software as well as underlying hardware and storage.
• Configuring and supporting security tools, such as firewalls and anti-virus software.
• Deliver timely incident resolution, focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer.
• Daily work to assist in administration of users / groups / access in Microsoft.
• Help team in tracking and monitoring all IT assets using Asset Management Software (Intune, AirWatch, MDM, etc).
• Work with offshore teams to troubleshoot problems and provide timely solutions.
• Primary Windows administrator for all physical and virtual servers.
• Remediate / Patch all VMs, virtualization software, network devices, hardware, etc.
• Tier 3 End-User support & Escalation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 10 years on related field.
• SME in Windows Server (2016 & above) administration.
• Maintain and support the virtualization layer to include vulnerability remediation, configuration management, capacity planning and provisioning.
• Knowledge of SvSAN technologies such as StorMagic and Starwind.
• Deep understanding of maintaining Active Directory / Domain Controllers
• Experience installing, administering, and troubleshooting network switches/routers/Aps/FWs (Cisco, Fortinet, etc).
• Knowledge of Jira / Confluence or related ticketing software.
• Disaster Recovery and Backup experience using Veeam
• Proficiency in scripting and automation eg PowerCLI Python Bash
• Must have experience with Azure DevOps, O365, M365, etc.
• Occasional on-call as needed to support production issues.
• Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
