Systems Engineer - Robert Half

Description We are looking to recruit a Systems Engineer to be a part of our team located in Bothell, Washington. The primary function of this role will be to work across various technologies including Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, and Dell Technologies. This opportunity presents an ideal platform for individuals to implement their skills in Cloud Technologies, Windows OS, Crystal Reports, Cisco VPN, OpenVPN, Microsoft SQL, Hybrid Cloud, MFA, Cloud ERP, Android iOS, and Apple iOS. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain systems by leveraging your knowledge of Cisco and Citrix Technologies. - Manage Cloud Technologies and Hybrid Cloud systems to ensure optimal performance and security. - Utilize your skills in Microsoft SQL to manage and optimize databases. - Apply your knowledge of Windows OS, Android iOS, and Apple iOS in managing system operations across various platforms. - Handle customer inquiries and issues, and provide technical support when necessary. - Use Crystal Reports for creating and maintaining reports. - Implement and manage secure network connections using Cisco VPN and OpenVPN. - Ensure system security by implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods. - Work on Cloud ERP systems to streamline business processes. - Perform regular system monitoring and troubleshooting to identify potential issues and implement solutions. Core Benefits: M/D/V ST/LT/Disability Insurance Retirement Plan: 401k PTO/Holidays/Sick Time: Vacation 3 weeks/ 6 main holidays / Yes Requirements - Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of five years professional experience in a Systems Engineer role. - Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, including Hybrid Cloud and Cloud ERP. - Extensive knowledge of Windows OS. - Experience with Crystal Reports. - Familiarity with VPN technologies, specifically Cisco VPN and OpenVPN. - Proficiency in Microsoft SQL. - Experience with MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). - Knowledge of mobile operating systems, including Android iOS and Apple iOS. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proven ability to design and implement complex IT solutions. - Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Systems Engineering.
