Job Details
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong Linux administration skills
- Strong set of RedHat skills
- Proficient in cloud environments and HPC
- Customer-focused attitude
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of Linux OS fundamentals and application troubleshooting
- Good grasp of HPC infrastructure and application concepts
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Shell, Python, Perl, etc.)
- Exposure to HPC applications like Flex-based licenses, EDA tools, and job schedulers like LSF is desirable
- Knowledge in building open-source tools like Python, GCC, and LLVM
- Ability to automate repetitive tasks
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for driving tasks to completion
Professional Experience:
- Significant experience in a distributed team
- Experience working in a complex, multi-geography engineering services environment
- Providing technical support and mentoring to others
