Overview:
C2, a Xerox Company, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - Enterprise Cloud Integration to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complex technical components of cloud computing projects from initial assessment through final implementation while providing remote and onsite project delivery support for our small, medium, and enterprise clients.
Hybrid Work environment- The role will be 40% remote, 60% in office, candidate must be located within 60 miles of Burlington, VT

Responsibilities :
+ Working with customers ranging from small to enterprise-level environments, the selected candidate will provide a full set of cloud integration services; private, public, and hybrid, with a focus on servers, storage, and HCI solutions.
+ The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team designing, building, and operate cloud solutions for our clients. The Senior Systems Engineer will collaborate routinely with customer-nominated representatives to accomplish these projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Certifications:
+ 3+ years of cloud infrastructure experience
+ Proven ability to manage and deliver projects.
+ Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
+ Strong contextual technical understanding including solutions design, deployment, and migration.
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology or extensive related field experience
+ Professional services experience is desirable.
+ Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
+ Well organized and works independently with attention to detail.
+ Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment requiring multi-tasking, and time management in constantly changing technical environments.
+ Confident yet willing to seek advice from teammates or vendor partners.
+ Strong leadership and project management skills, including:
+ Project planning
+ Issue and scope management.
+ Resource motivation and management
+ Strong relationship management
+ Ability to write effectively and summarize.
+ Strong enterprise cloud integration skills, including:
+ On-premises, private cloud technologies, networking, servers, storage, hyper-converged, data protection, VMware Virtual Infrastructure, Dell (servers, storage, HCI), HPE (servers, storage, HCI), Nutanix
+ Private/Public cloud hybrid solutions design, deployment, migration, data center technologies focus
+ Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
Additional Requirements:
+ Strong communication skills
+ Excellent customer relationship skills
+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
