As a Production Systems Engineering Lead you will be responsible for the execution of systems activities across the production programs
We are focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development on schedule and within cost
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the timeRequired Education, Experience, & Skills Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teamsExperience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and toolsAbility to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needsProven design, analysis and communication skillsSecret Security ClearanceBachelor's Degree in engineering, or related field, and minimum of 6 years of work experience or equivalent experiencePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Understanding of programmatic schedule and costExperience working in a production environmentExperience with rough order of magnitude and basis of estimatesExperience with Electronic Warfare SystemsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience
