Our Systems Integration practice seeks a dedicated professional to join our functional delivery team as an associate consultant focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
A functional consultant analyzes and gathers business requirements, specializing in areas like customer engagement or finance and operations. They play a crucial role in implementing solutions to modernize processes and applications.
This is a national practice; we offer flexible locations: New York, NY (preferred) in office and hybrid. Optional other locations include: Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Ft. Washington, PA, Woodbury, NY, and Edison, NJ.
Start Date: July 2024
What You Will Do:
•Develop a thorough understanding of Mazars USA Microsoft implementation methodologies, technologies and tools.
•Understand the core capabilities and features of Dynamics 365 Business Applications; earning a minimum of two Microsoft certifications.
•Assist senior consultants, and the Microsoft Consulting team, with all aspects of software assessments, design, testing and delivery.
•Support the delivery team with configuration tasks, data preparation, and project documentation for client workshops.
•Responsible for the timely delivery of implementation tasks; ensuring that work products and deliverables are of the highest quality.
•Build and maintain client relationships to develop a better understanding of business operations, processes and functions. You will participate in client meetings and communicate directly with the project team and stakeholders.
•Conduct rigorous and documented research / analysis on software developments and economic fluctuations. You should be capable of quickly grasping high-level concepts and communicating them to others.
•Request feedback cycles and prioritize career development for growth as a consultant.
•Engage in practice initiatives, training, and continued education requirements.
What We Seek:
•Education required: Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, STEM or related degree specialization (Minimum GPA of 3.0)
•Experience working in a professional environment
•Active involvement in organizations (volunteer or campus related) and motivation to be a part of a team
•Basic understanding of Cloud technologies and Business Applications
•Experience with databases preferred (i.e.SAP, Oracle, SQL,Azure)
•Certifications preferred but not required: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP), Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Power BI or related certification
•Focus on project deadlines demonstrating excellent client service, time management, organizational and analytical skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive)
•Operate in a paperless workplace with team members in multiple locations displaying excellent written and oral presentation / communication
•Ability to travel to client locations as needed

The projected salary range for this position is $80,000.
