Job Details
Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide team members in adapting to evolving hardware and software environments within payment systems and processing.
Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring deadlines are met while sharing responsibilities and support.
Train production support staff and technicians on new products, features, system setup, and configuration.
Lead integration certification efforts with third-party software integrators, tailoring test suites and analyzing test data.
Collaborate closely with the QA team to provide testing support, ensuring thorough coverage and addressing testing gaps.
Skills needed:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong technical aptitude with experience in software development preferred.
Familiarity with systems administration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
Knowledge of PCI policies and best practices.
Previous experience managing a team of highly skilled technical resources.
Understanding of the payment industry, including EMV and eCommerce best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Lua, and familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
Experience with POS systems/hardware, in the Independent Software Venders space, Ingenico and VeriFone devices, across various industries (retail, hospitality, eCommerce, restaurant)
