About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Manager of the Technology Command Center
The Technology Command Center team is responsible for real-time monitoring of all technology environments and for mobilizing the response to service disruptions, incidents, and proactive mitigations
The Technology Command Center team works in close alignment with Enterprise Incident Management, Cyber Fusion Center, and all other command center teams
The Technology Command Center is responsible for managing, mitigating, and detailing over 100 technology incidents per month, with each incident having potential to impact enterprise availability and/or significant technology objectives. This intense and high-pressure environment must have tightly managed, efficient, and effective processes to maintain vigilant monitoring and rapid mitigation of issues impacting our most critical technology environments.
