About the Job
State Credit Union is currently accepting applicants for the position of System Support Coordinator within our Technology Systems and Services Department. The System Support Coordinator will work with us to provide help desk technical support to SCU employees and to support the operation of our core system and related systems. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance over the phone or ticketing system.
Determine the nature of reported problems and routing the issues to the appropriate work area to be resolved.
Execute daily ad hoc processing requests.
Create and modify web content in SCU's intranet site.
Minimum Requirements Include:
Applicants must have a proven track record of excellent customer service. Bachelor's degree in related computer science area or equivalent education and experience required. One years' work experience in computer or finance related field required. Working knowledge of computer hardware and software.
