Job Title: Conditioner/Grinder

Location: South Gate, CA

Responsibilities:

• Perform final surface inspection of products to ensure quality standards.
• Operate grinding and conditioning equipment to achieve desired specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or grinding role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
