Table Games Floor Supervisor
As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing a specific number of table games within gaming pits whilst offering the highest possible level of customer service to all guests.
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
- Responsible for knowing all policies and procedures of the specific table game being supervised
- Monitor table game activity to maintain smooth operations
- Implement and enforce security and safety protocols
- Maintain excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations with guests, vendors, visitors and Golden Nugget staff
- Responsible for specific table games scheduling for dealers
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Table Games Shift Manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of casino table games, rules, and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of gaming industry trends and innovations
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
