Job Description
Required Exp. 9+ years
Qualifications
- Proficient in the Tableau 8.x and 9.x
- Hands-on experience with Tableau Designer and Server
- If the resource just know how to develop Tableau dashboards, that is not enough. We don't need a developer
- Proficient in Data Warehouse concepts
- Performance tuning of dashboards
- Building best in class Tableau dashboards
- Good understanding of relational databases, structures, dimensional data modeling, SQL, Data Warehouse and dashboard techniques
- Excellent communication skills, data visualization skills and good experience in conducting white-boarding sessions with large teams with of senior including senior exec's & group director level resources from both IT & business
- Ability to quickly learn understand and learn the business process while having understanding on some of the generic business processes like - Financial Reporting/Trade Promotion Mgmt/etc will be a great advantage
- We need energetic fast learners who are self-driven and must have high levels of aptitude and have great affinity towards data and analytics
- We really need a story teller who can comprehend the data and functional/subject area and come up with a storyboard supported by excellent visualizations using Tableau as the tool.
