SMX is seeking a Tactical Systems Analyst Subject Matter Expert to join our company in support of the USMC's Tomahawk Office located at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.The Tactical Systems Analyst SME is responsible for developing and refining Tomahawk Missile requirements while performing system and program analysis.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and advance Tomahawk Missile program requirementsCollaborate with developers to create software, system requirements, and related documentationParticipate in test documentation, scenario development, and test tool adjustmentWork with OEM to support system integrationRequired Skills and Experience:Clearance Required: SecretMinimum of 10-15 years of aircrew experience Experience with strike planning and weapon employmentWillingness to travel as needed (up to 20%)Excellent customer service skillsStrong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projectsDesired Experience/SkillsExperience with various organizations (i.e
