Analyst 1- Talent Acquisition
Description
The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for developing standard reports, ad-hoc requests, studies, analyses, and recommendations that can affect business operations at the company. The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for the generation and analysis of Talent Acquisition metric-based reports and dashboards; analyzing data for internal and external employment trends, process improvements and other technical projects as assigned.

The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for developing standard reports, ad-hoc requests, studies, analyses, and recommendations that can affect business operations at the company. The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for the generation and analysis of Talent Acquisition metric-based reports and dashboards; analyzing data for internal and external employment trends, process improvements and other technical projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of business analytics experience required
- ICIMS reporting/ Dashbaord experience preferred OR strong HR analytics experience
- Experience with gathering analytics from various database complexities
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or related field from an accredited institution required
- Ability to handle multiple projects, data input, and strong problem-solving capability
- Strong attention to detail. Excellent data collection and systemization abilities
- Data analysis, word processing, okay. spreadsheet, and some database capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Power Point, Word and Excel is essential
