Talent Acquisition Assistant at Sparks Group

About the Job
While the majority of work will be performed remotely, this role will require reporting to the Mclean, Virginia office occasionally and only candidates in the surrounding area will be considered.
US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work this company performs.
Responsibilities:
- Review and edit job requisitions for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
- Ensure that requisitions meet branding guidelines and template standards prior to posting.
- Attend meetings with talent acquisition and hiring teams to stay informed of current business demands.
- Track and report requisition errors, trends, and requests, and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
- Address compliance concerns with submitted changes and provide solutions for job requisition questions.
- Respond to inquiries in the general mailbox and ensure work is completed within service level agreements (SLA).
- Maintain accurate data and documentation.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role providing editing and proof reading
- Proficiency in grammatical corrections and editing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn and retain a significant amount of government and company regulations.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
- Associate's degree required.
