Job DescriptionReporting to the Director, People Experience, the Talent Acquisition Manager will manage a diverse team of Recruiters having overall responsibility for execution and delivery of CRB’s recruitment strategies to identify, attract, pipeline and hire top talent at all levels within the organization. This individual will foster partnerships with HR peers, hiring managers, and leaders alike to ensure that organizational needs are being met and CRB’s candidates receive a positive, meaningful hiring experience.
Responsibilities
· Manage a team of Recruiters.
· Execute the overall recruiting strategy that attracts qualified top talent and is in alignment with our DEI strategy.
· Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
· Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers and members of the HR team in order to create a seamless and highly efficient sourcing and selection workflow.
· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to find, attract, and evaluate candidates, while ensuring excellent candidate experience.
· Establish, execute and manage policies, plans and procedures around recruiting operations, reporting, analytics and sourcing that support the achievement of business goals.
· Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure CRB’s talent acquisition strategies remain competitive.
· Ensure that all interviewers are properly trained in effective interview techniques.
· Work with Marketing to evaluate and implement employer branding strategies.
· Partner with People Operations Manager & HR Business Partners to ensure a seamless onboarding of new hires.
· Monitor key recruitment metrics and hiring goals to ensure recruiting processes are efficient / effective; prepare associated reports and presentations.
· Manage and oversee the use of outside recruiters or agencies and drive consistency in the use of recruitment agreements.
· Establish talent acquisition metrics to drive continuous improvement and business results.
· Ensure program execution of a companywide consistent college recruitment strategy.
· Drive standard operating procedures (SOP) and development of key performance indicators for the Talent Acquisition team
Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree is required.
· Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, and/or Talent Development function.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience managing, mentoring, and training a team (experience managing employees who are geographically dispersed is a strong plus).
· The ability to motivate others, resolve conflict, and work in a team environment is required.
· Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing exceptional talent acquisition practices and strategies.
· Passion for people of all types including the ability to identify the knowledge, skills and abilities required for various roles.
· Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
· The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding sensitive data and information is required.
· Strong time management skills and the ability to shift priorities efficiently.
· Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to build consensus and influence across levels within the organization.
· Excellent communication skills with ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates).
· Proven experience managing recruiting tools, software, and resources including but not limited to an applicant tracking system (ATS), vendors (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), agency partners, etc.
· Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and HR databases.
· Data-driven mentality and strong analytical skills to generate metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and identify insights that continuously improve the talent acquisition function.
· Strong (and current) knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to employment and equal opportunity
