About the Job
- Learn our ATS system/help with the project to augment its capacity for 2025, streamline the tool based on our 2025 goals.
- Help rebuild the existing 20 offer letter templates to be used in the ATS system. (right now letters are typed by hand.)
- Help with the Job Description project, help to build job postings from the Korn Ferry Success Profiles (Approx. 200)
- Help build interview training for the new job descriptions using the Korn Ferry materials blended with traditional questions. Also able to deliver training. (we have a database to update and pull from.)
- Help build reporting spreadsheet for recruiting updates to senior leadership. (should know excel pretty well.)
- Begin to build a pipeline for candidates across the business, using social media and the new job descriptions to begin reaching out to possible candidates. (Dec.)
- Help me complete building the Talent Acquisition solution.
