About the Job
The Lede Company human resources team is seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts placing PR, communications & social impact professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments and experience within agency settings. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify top talent and build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and place public relations and communication professionals at all levels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements, ensuring a clear alignment with company and team goals.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including cold outreach, social media, job boards, industry-specific platforms, to build a robust talent pipeline.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with the company’s values and mission.
Maintain and leverage a database of candidates, ensuring timely communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continually improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
Stay current with industry trends and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and enhance employer branding.
Build and nurture relationships with external partners, including universities, industry associations, and recruitment agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on public relations and communications roles.
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Background in agency settings is highly preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve recruitment processes and metrics
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
