We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations Temp. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (1+ years) and a minimum of 5 total years of experience within Talent Acquisition (TA) utilizing other applicant tracking systems. This role can be filled by individuals from various TA backgrounds, including recruiters, operations roles, onboarding specialists, or other related experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations Temp. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (1+ years) and a minimum of 5 total years of experience within Talent Acquisition (TA) utilizing other applicant tracking systems. This role can be filled by individuals from various TA backgrounds, including recruiters, operations roles, onboarding specialists, or other related experience.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support for a team of 50 recruiters in a high-volume and fast-paced environment by:
- Troubleshooting ORC functionality and process flow.
- Conducting unit and user acceptance testing (UAT) from a user perspective.
- Drafting and executing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Managing multiple, conflicting priorities with the ability to triage and re-prioritize appropriately.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is required
- 5+ years of overall experience within Talent Acquisition utilizing other applicant tracking systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
