Adecco is assisting Woodward in Loves Park, IL in hiring a contract (up to 12+ months) Talent Acquisition Partner. This is an ONSITE position in the Rockford area. Pay is up to $45/hr.
The Talent Acquisition Partner position is responsible for finding top talent in all levels of the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills and should be comfortable managing the entire recruiting process - from partnering with hiring managers to defining candidate profiles all the way through extending offers. This position works in partnership with Business Unit Human Resources throughout the organization and reports to the Director Talent Acquisition.
Requirements:
2-5 years of recruiting experience in higher level roles (ie. Engineering, management)
BA/BS Degree. Relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree

Pay Details: $45.00 per hour
