The Talent Sourcing Partner plays a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities within the Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting and nurturing candidates to fill current or future vacancies. A key element of this role is the ability to attract highly-skilled and best-fit candidates by sourcing through multiple recruiting channels. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable talking to and engaging with people. The ability to think critically and work independently is essential for success in this role.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hiring salary range of $60,000/yr to $70,000/yr

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement
- Attract and identify candidates for current and future vacancies; establish a qualified candidate pool
- Leverage multiple communication channels (email, phone, text, etc.) to engage passive applicants
- Create and maintain job postings sourcing campaigns, employee referral campaigns, and internal/external candidate communication templates that are compelling and engaging that clearly define the role and company values for various recruitment and sourcing channels
Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations and other team members to create partnerships that yield successful recruiting outcomes, predictable results and credibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and community/industry networking events
Market Research, Trend Analysis and Database and Documentation Management
- Research industry and market trends, sourcing software, job boards, social media, industry events, and other networking opportunities to maximize lead generation.
- Stay abreast of best practices regarding the use of technology to maximize lead generation.
- Mine data, review analytics, and identify market trends.
- Provide recommendations or solutions based on data analysis.
- Maintain the candidate database and ensure accurate documentation for sourcing activities.
Metrics, Reporting and Process Support
- Define and report on metrics (applicant flow, conversion rates, retention rates, etc.).
- Assist with recruiting processes including background checks and onboarding
Education / Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as a talent sourcer, recruiter or similar role
- Multi-state, multi-site experience (required)
- Experience using various applicant tracking systems, sourcing software, and human resources information systems (preferred)
- Corporate, sales, skilled trade, healthcare, and/or higher education recruiting experience (highly preferred)
- Project management experience (highly preferred)

- Basic to intermediate level proficiency with productivity software (MS Office), ATS (iCIMS), social media platforms (Indeed, Instagram, Threads, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and other enterprise-level software (Adobe DC, SharePoint, etc.).
- Project coordination, data reporting, and analytics expertise.

- Ability to work independently; adjust to changes, solve problems, manage work schedule, and stay on track without direct, continuous supervision.
- Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering, and category flexibility.
