TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST - Spherion

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the client's workforce through strategic recruitment, employee development, and HR operations management. This position demands a professional who embodies our client's core values.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment processes with a solution-oriented approach
- Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies, showcasing your sense of urgency and innovative thinking
- Collaborate with department heads, exemplifying your team-oriented nature
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations, demonstrating accountability
- Create and maintain comprehensive job descriptions with clear, direct communication
- Manage HRIS and ATS systems efficiently
- Design innovative training programs and performance management systems
- Implement employee retention strategies that reflect the company's values
- Conduct performance reviews and salary assessments with fairness and accountability
- Develop competitive compensation strategies based on thorough market analysis
- Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives, showcasing your solution-oriented mindset

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in HR or related field, PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification, and experience in the real estate sector.

Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns and HR strategy implementation
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
