Your Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll orchestrate our recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• High-Volume Recruitment: Source, attract, and hire top talent nationwide.
• Strategic Hiring: Lead discussions to define position requirements and candidate profiles.
• End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer letters and background checks.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a delightful journey for candidates, making them eager to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in recruiting.
• Expertise: Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment law.
