Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the identification and acquisition of skilled workers to meet organizational needs. Working under limited supervision, this role encompasses various aspects of staffing and recruiting, including talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, talent prospecting, and talent staffing and planning.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Communicate with hiring managers to review approved requisitions for volume recruitment, determining business needs, role requirements, and time-to-fill commitments.
• Assist in advertising job openings through diverse sources to obtain a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
• Review applications against role requirements to recommend potential qualified candidates.
• Organize and conduct applicant interviews to assess fit and suitability for role requirements and company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to select preferred candidates and facilitate the offer and pre-employment verification processes.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry to close recruitment requisitions and notify unsuccessful candidates compliantly.
• Maintain the job applicant tracking system by entering, updating, and managing requisitions, profiles, resumes, and hiring information.

Educational Requirements: Vocational and/or Technical Education Preferred
Work Experience:

• Minimum 3+ Years Required
• Preferred 5+ Years
