Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the Talent Acquisition Partner in recruiting efforts across KCG Management Company, Inc. This role will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. The Specialist will ensure that a pipeline of qualified candidates is maintained and will help ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with creating and posting job requisitions across various job boards, social media platforms, and internal sites.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers to gather feedback on candidates.
Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline:
- Proactively source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and progress.
Candidate Experience:
- Act as the point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and updates during the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively representing KCG Companies' culture and values.
- Help facilitate interviews, travel arrangements (if needed), and follow-up communications.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in gathering and compiling feedback from interviewers and candidates.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Partner in managing recruitment data, including metrics and reporting on candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and other KPIs.
Administrative Support:
- Manage job descriptions, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflect the needs of each department.
- Assist with pre-screening tasks such as arranging background checks, drug screenings, and verifying employment qualifications.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Partner or HR leadership.
Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition support, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms, Workable experience is a plus.
- Experience using Paylocity is a plus.
