We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and a passion for identifying top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various departments. Expectations for Success
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals to proactively source and attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to define job requirements, recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand by providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and identify trends in the talent market.
- Offer Negotiation: Extend offers and negotiate employment terms, ensuring a competitive yet cost-effective hiring strategy.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with talent acquisition best practices for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience working with global teams and understanding of international hiring processes.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations related to recruiting in the US
Requirements

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Analytical Ability: Experience in using data and metrics to drive hiring decisions and optimize recruiting efforts.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
