About the Job
Our client seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for critical positions within the organization, with a focus on roles such as pharmacists, warehouse workers, and pharmacy technicians. You will develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to ensure they meet their staffing needs and support the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies to attract top talent for pharmacists, warehouse workers, and pharmacy technicians.
- Source Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms to identify and engage potential candidates. Manage job postings to attract qualified applicants.
- Manage Interviews: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop accurate job descriptions, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably with experience in recruitment for healthcare and logistics positions.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
