Role and Responsibilities
Role: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, the TA Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for non-management positions within the company. The TA Specialist supports the hiring process by collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and maintaining the integrity of data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsibilities:
- Reviews applications and screens candidates.
- Supports the candidate interview process.
- Assists in developing interview procedures/kits and integrates into ATS.
- Manage job descriptions in the ATS and job boards.
- Implements candidate sourcing techniques and strategies to cultivate talent pipelines.
- Build prospect pipeline for future opportunities.
- Maintain templates in email, message, ATS, social media and other platforms.
- Consolidates information and extends offers.
- Represents Talent Acquisition at meetings.
- Collects and analyzes recruitment data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assists in performing labor category (LCAT) equivalent analysis and compensation studies.
- Ensures compliance with recruiting policies and regulations.

Qualifications
- Ability to work onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (This is not a remote job).
- 3-5 years progressive experience in recruitment. Must have at least 1-2 years in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, experienced with interviewing sales or various corporate positions.
- Skills in sourcing candidates and building pipelines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred), Google Suite, hiring platforms (Indeed, Ziprecruiter preferred), and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service, organizational skills and efficiency.
