Human Resource Dimensions has been engaged to place a Talent Acquisition Supervisor for a growing manufacturing company in Atlanta, GA. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent to support the company's growth and success. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Direct Recruiting:
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for various roles across the organization, from entry-level to executive positions.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
- Agency Management:
- Develop and manage relationships with contingency and retained search agencies.
- Negotiate agency fees and ensure that agencies are delivering quality candidates.
- Track agency performance and measure their effectiveness.
- Talent Acquisition Module:
- Utilize the company's talent acquisition module to streamline the recruiting process.
- Manage data entry, reporting, and analytics.
- Ensure the module is being used effectively and efficiently.
- HR Function and KPI Development:
- Contribute to the development of the HR function's overall strategy.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Contract Recruiter Management:
- Oversee and manage any contract recruiters working with the company.
- Ensure they are meeting performance expectations and adhering to company policies.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve the talent acquisition process.
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Interviewing Process and Training:
- Partner with the U.S. Senior HR Business Partner to develop and deliver effective interviewing training for hiring managers.
- Ensure that hiring managers are conducting consistent and fair interviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on direct recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for roles in the OEM heavy construction equipment sales and service industry.
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
