A Day in the Life
Are you a proactive networker fascinated by new technologies? Do you enjoy meeting new people in a fast-paced environment while having a direct impact to the bottom line? Consider a high-growth opportunity as a Talent Analyst.
As a Talent Analyst, you will proactively source, identify and assess top talent for Vaco, which includes making recommendations to and executing the internal recruitment strategy.
This position supports a team of recruiters and account managers aiming to increase the candidate pipeline through assessing qualifications and discussing appropriate opportunities with candidates. Positions include exciting project and direct-hire positions in the areas of administrative assistance, Human Resources assistant and generalist and Accounting Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify candidates and/or job seekers using job boards, internet searches, social media, professional networking events, existing internal database, referrals, and more.
- Perform sourcing activities including initial outreach via phone or email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
- Update, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix.
- Perform weekly pre-screens and/or matrix sourcing according to established activity goals.
- Generate leads via candidate interactions that support business development/sales and recruitment efforts.
- Consistently utilize Applicant Tracking System to log all activity.
- Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

Education/Experience:
- Entry-level.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite desired.
- Experience with Bullhorn a plus.
Basic Skills:
- Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines; Organized, detailed, and results driven.
Travel:
<10% -Occasional travel to annual conference or client sites

Pay Transparency Notice
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
