Talent Coordinator
Area of focus: The Chick-fil-A North Salinas Talent Coordinator supports the growth and execution of our restaurant’s talent plan with a primary role of recruiting, onboarding, conformance, and sustaining operations for new and existing team members. Additional duties include other administrative duties outlined below in addition to other duties as assigned.
Talent-focused Responsibilities
● Ensure the restaurant is fully staffed at all times with top quality Team Members.
● Recruit, interview, and prepare all incoming team members by providing a welcoming and delightful candidate experience.
● Oversee on boarding of all new team members
○ Schedule/Conduct Orientation
○ Ensure all paperwork is filled out completely and accurately
○ Ensure new hires get uniforms, maintain uniform inventory
● Work with Directors/Leaders to ensure each new hire has a scheduled training plan that includes a 60/90-day training calendar.
Team Member Accountability
● Uses various Chick-fil-A proprietary automated systems and other systems such as Slack and
One Click to check time punches and relay messages.
● Tracks Team Member/Leader time punch violations (break violations, etc.) and provides
remainders to leaders for counselings.
● Tracks Team Member/Leader failures to appear (FTAs) violations and provides remainders to
leaders for counselings.
● Ensure that Team Members sign policy updates and other handbook updates.Benefit Related Management
● Manage, maintain and onboard/offboard Team Members on the 401k Program
● Manage, maintain and onboard/offboard Team Members on the Health Benefits Program
Other Duties as Assigned
● Reporting Relationship: This position will report directly to the Office Director.
● Assist the Owner/Operator and Office Director with other duties as assigned. Benefits Include:

o Time Requirement: Part Time or Full Time ≈ minimum 20 hrs./week – Flexible hours, Mon - Fri

● Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time
